When will I receive my item?

Orders are dispatched the following working day.  

Mainland UK orders are scheduled to arrive within 2 working days of dispatch.  Orders to other destinations are scheduled to arrive within 5 working days.  

Once your order is dispatched we will send you an e-mail with tracking information if it is available.

 

Can I collect my order?

At present, we are only able to process orders for delivery.

 

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping charges are dependent on the value of of your order.

We are also able to deliver our whole range of products to Europe and beyond but due to the size of some of our products, particularly the 2.44m fixed beam, at present we have to request individual quotations for shipping.  Please let us know the item you are interested in and your location (town/country) and we will happily provide you with a quotation.

What is your returns Policy?

If the Customer is unhappy with the Goods for any reason, the Customer may return them to the Seller in their original, ‘as sold’, condition and packaging at the Customer’s own cost within 14 days of receipt with their proof of purchase.  The Customer should, in the first instance, contact the Seller in writing to advise that they are returning the goods for refund.  The Seller will refund the Customer the price the Customer paid for the Goods excluding the cost of delivery.

In the unlikely event that the Goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery, the Customer must contact the Seller within 24 hours of receipt.  The Seller will arrange for collection of the faulty or damaged item and arrange a replacement or a refund.  If a refund is required the Seller will refund the price paid for the Goods and any applicable delivery charges paid for by the Customer.

This return policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

What happens if my item is damaged?

We are responsible for item(s) arriving safely to your door.  If the item(s) are damaged during shipping will send a replacement and arrange to a courier to pick up the damaged item at no cost to you.

Once the item removed from its packaging please check it, if damaged you will need to notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email at info@perfect10-sports.co.uk or by telephone 020 8133 6710.
